Is it legal?

Absolutely! We Operate based on CAA guidelines and are fully insured operating to legal requirements

Why use drone footage?

Drone footage shows the full picture from above, making it easier to understand scale, layout, and surroundings at a glance. It’s quicker, safer, and gives a perspective you simply can’t get from the ground

How fast can we deliver?

Most drone shoots are delivered within 24–48 hours after project shooting is undertaken, depending on the size of the project and editing required. If you need it sooner, just let us know. rush delivery is often possible.

Are we insured?

Yes, we are covered based on the set regulations from the CAA with up to £1 million in public liability for operators working for GibbsAerial

What Permissions are required?

At GibbsAerial we handle all permissions that will be required to ensure we can operate, nothing will need to be required unless requested.

Can we Operate near airports?

Yes, subject to approval. If the site is near an airport or within controlled airspace I.E prisons / military installations we will need to gain permission from local ATC or control authority 

Can we fly over people?

We follow the operational category rules set by the CAA. Flights are planned to minimise risk and avoid uninvolved persons where possible. All flights are risk assessed in advance and conducted under a documented RAMS process

What are your GDPR and privacy rules?

We Operate according to the UK GDPR rules and 2018 Data protection act.
